Sourcing the right property
Once we've established your goals, we can help you find the property that will most effectively help you reach them. You could need a property with a longer completion date to accomodate your savings and cashflow. Alternatively, tax considerations could mean a property nearer completion would suit your financial position better. Whether you're seeking high rental returns, or a property that will deliver maximum capital growth, the vast range of off plan properties we have access to means we can always find one which fits your circumstances.
Arranging your deposit
All that's necessary to secure your property at today's price is your deposit, typically 10% of the purchase price. Remember, you won't need to secure finance until the property is complete. If you don't have a deposit we can help you arrange one. We can also provide budget and serviceability forecasts - and have your plan reviewed by an independent financial adviser if required.
Independent legal & financial advice
During the purchase process you may want or need to seek legal or financial advice. If you don't already have a preferred professional, we can refer you to one of our associates experienced in off plan property matters. Our associates are competely independent from Super Finance. We use them as trusted and experienced professionals who can assist our clients to make informed choices, we recieve no financial benefit by referring you to them.
Ongoing Support
Generally there will be between 18 months and 3 years from before your property is complete and ready to settle. During this time we keep in regular contact with you. We can help you with budgeting and planning to help you make the most out of your financial position, and get maximum advantage from this construction phase.
Finance for settlement
When your property is complete we can arrange the finance necessary to settle your purchase. With the comprehensive background knowledge we've built up, our understanding of your situation, and access to a wide range of finance products, we will ensure your finance performs for you well into the future.
